Pythagoras. The famous mathematician and philosopher of ancient world was born on our island.

Greek goddess Hera. A famous temple for Hera was built at "Ireon" of our island.

Polikratis. The most known tyrant of Samos in 550 BC. He offered to the ancient islanders justice and prosperity.

Ireon. Near the airport of our island there are ancient ruins of the temple of  Hera.

Oddyseus and Kirki from Homer's "Oddyssey".

All the above paintings plus one, were created on plywood (long sizes about 70cm to 120cm). The material was primed using plenty acrylic stucco mixed with sand, to create a rough relief surface. The paintings were made together as a set in the year 2002, to decorate a restaurant of Karlovassi.
